I am sorry that your heart is broken.
I do not know how you feel because everyone’s pain is unique and individual to them.
BUT, I do know what it felt like when my heart was broken.
And, it was not good.
I did not have a clue about how to make this unbearable pain stop.
I went on a mission to get the answers.
I learned the following:
Recovery means to feel better
Recovery means fond memories will return
Recovery means you can live again
It is never too soon to start taking steps in order to make yourself feel better.
Time alone cannot heal this wound. I can prove this.
How much time does it take to heal your broken heart? One year? Two years or more? Have you ever met someone whose heart is still breaking from pain even after 20 years? I have.
You can live on purpose.
You need a specialist – a coach.
Don’t just talk about the day when this pain will go away.
Do something about it.
Take the action steps to live again.

How does my coaching make this happen?
It increases awareness – awareness that your life might just not be as happy or fulfilling as you would like it to be.
We take time to look at your broken heart and the areas that might be incomplete.
Second, we look at the emotions associated with this incompleteness.
Finally, we take action steps to start the process of recovery. These steps are done by you – the griever.
Coaching is not therapy. We will not try to fix your head. Your head is the wrong tool for this job.
We will start from your brokenness and move forward.
