Children Grieve Too

Sharon explains the challenges of never learning the tools needed to grieve as an adult from the false beliefs she  witnessed in her childhood.

Don’t act strong.  You can never act strong enough to make this pain go away for them.

The most importantly thing that you can do is teach them how to grieve properly.

Don’t make promises that you can not keep.

We have faith in you.  You can do this.
